As a Project Manager at Mymesh, you lead our smart building solutions from inquiry to delivery and operational management. You combine technical expertise with commercial insight: you assess project requests, prepare quotations and calculations, and supervise execution. You liaise with clients, manage internal teams, and ensure that every project is sound both technically and commercially.
This position is a great combination of engineering, estimating, and project management, with a central role in our fast-growing organization.
What you will do:
- Analyzing project requests, specifications, and technical drawings
- Preparing system configurations, calculations, and technical quotations
- Managing internal teams and coordinating with clients
- Coordinating the technical execution based on RTOs and sensor projections
- Monitoring the quality, planning, and budget of Mymesh projects
- Managing SLAs and cloud applications in consultation with partners
- Order processing in Exact Online and customer relationship management via Pipedrive (CRM)
- Identifying customer needs and providing input to product development
We are looking for a technically strong colleague with expertise who brings structure and overview to projects, but is also communicative towards clients. You are eager to learn, accurate, and enjoy switching between thinking and doing.
Your profile:
- HBO or university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Installation Technology, or Building Automation
- Experience with measurement and control systems in the utilities sector (preferred)
- Experience as a project manager, estimator, or sales engineer in a technical environment
- You work in a structured manner, communicate clearly, and liaise easily with various stakeholders.
- You are curious, customer-oriented, and think in solutions.
- Good command of Dutch and English
