18,139 m² office space: a substantial office component within a multifunctional residential, commercial and business development. BREEAM Excellent sustainability performance: the project is being developed in accordance with high standards for sustainability and building performance.
Lighting, heating, cooling, ventilation and solar shading can be controlled without additional control wiring. Measurement data allows the building to continuously adapt to changing usage patterns and environmental conditions.
The Mymesh infrastructure can be easily adapted and expanded when the layout or use of the building changes. The solution also supports the project’s ambitions for BREEAM Excellent.
